McClatchy Newspapers Expands the Use of Olive Software’s Digital Editions
Olive’s Digital Edition boosts ABC-verified circulation, cuts printing and distribution costs
Santa Clara, California, April 14, 2008 –Olive Software, a global leader in digital publishing and archiving solutions, announces that The Sacramento Bee, The Modesto Bee, and The Fresno Bee, three California daily newspapers owned by The McClatchy Company (NYSE: MNI), have recently chosen Olive Software to enhance their digital edition offerings to boost readership, increase circulation, and reduce the costs of their newspapers in education programs.
Underscoring a positive return on investment and overall business impact, a total of eleven McClatchy newspapers have selected Olive’s product suite to achieve their business objectives. The McClatchy Company is an innovator in using digital technologies to bring its readers powerful and engaging ways to view content.
